Hot air balloons need COOL AIR and CALM WIND in order to be inflated and float.
As early as 5 AM, you can watch the pilots and crew prepare and inflate the balloons.
And then the balloons will lift off around 6:00 AM, with the chase crew in 4x4s following after them! The next time you can see them is around 6:30 PM for the Night Glow.

Option 1 via UV Express at Festival Mall Terminal. From Festival Mall, get off at Carmona Checkpoint, then ride a tricycle to San Lazaro Leisure Park.
Option 2 via jeepney (bound to GMA/San Jose) at StarMall Alabang or South Station. Get off at Carmona checkpoint, then ride a tricycle to San Lazaro Leisure Park.

1. Ride a bus bound to Alabang. Get off at StarMall Alabang or South Station Alabang.
