Balloon Fiesta 2010 Agreement Signed

November 20, 2009 marks the beginning of a renewed partnership between the Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta (PIHABF) Organization, the Clark Development Corporation (CDC) and the Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC), which manages the Diosdado Macapagal International Airport (DMIA).

Present during the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement were CDC President Mr. Benny Ricafort, CIAC President Chichos Luciano and PIHABF Event Director Capt. Joy Roa.  Also present to witness the signing were CDC’s External Vice President Mr. Phillip Panlilio and CIAC’s External Vice President Mr. Alex Cauguiran.

The MOA signing was held at Café Mesa owned by Mr. Hidenori Aritake, a supporter of the fiesta.  Everyone including the members of the media were treated to a delightful lunch after the activity.
